Senior Consultant

About the role

The Senior SAP BW Consultant will provide Level 2 support for the customers SAP BW landscape while also contributing to application enhancements, reporting initiatives, development activities, and project-driven changes. The role will support a global 24x7 AMS environment and work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and L3/L4 experts to ensure continuous improvement of the analytics platform.

What you'll do

• Monitor BW process chains and data loads
• Resolve routine incidents and service requests
• Perform first-level analysis of data and reporting issues
• Support query troubleshooting and user access issues
• Escalate complex technical issues to L3 teams
