About the role

The customer is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Employee Central (EC) and Absence Management. The consultant will be responsible for providing functional support, enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives across the global SuccessFactors landscape.

What you'll do

• Provide L3 support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Absence Management
• Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs
• Support global HR operations and employee lifecycle transactions
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues
• Coordinate with integration and technical teams to resolve interface-related issues
