About the role

ITSM- Integration, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Service Catalogue development experience. ITOM- CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management development experience.

What you'll do

• Configure and customize ServiceNow components including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across modules
• Provide advisory services and thought leadership on platform best practices, governance, and optimization
• Drive stakeholder communication, project planning, and risk management
• Conduct testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
