About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and growth-driven individual to join our Plum Business team as a Sales Development Executive (SDR / ABM). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the NBFC, BFSI, or Fintech space, who is eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while building the future of how we win and grow enterprise relationships in India.

What you'll do

• Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation — Identify target accounts and run structured outbound campaigns to build a healthy sales pipeline
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Execution — Partner with Marketing to run personalized campaigns for high-value target accounts
• Lead Qualification & Discovery Calls — Engage and qualify leads against ICP/BANT criteria and set up meetings for Account Executives
• CRM, Pipeline & Reporting Management — Maintain accurate CRM records and track key SDR metrics to inform outreach strategy
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Market Feedback — Share market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine ICP, positioning, and campaigns
