What you'll do

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs
Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis with business users
Configure and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules based on business requirement
Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process flows, test scenarios, and user training materials
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations
