About the role

6-8 years of experience in HR consulting, advisory, or professional services Proven experience managing consulting teams and complex client engagements High analytical capability with experience in data-driven storytelling Willingness to travel PAN India as required for client delivery

• Work with a leading workplace consulting firm recognised gloablly
• Lead high-impact consulting engagements across pharma and manufacturing clients
• Lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on culture transformation and OD initiatives
• Manage end-to-end project planning, timelines, and resource allocation across engagements
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and build client-ready narratives

What you need
