Trusted advisor for clients; provides data-backed recommendations to optimize revenue and inventory. Architects systems, leads the team in AI-first methodologies, and handles complex client change management.

What you'll do

• Independently handle clients (worldwide retailers/brands) with support from project teams to drive client success
• Own overall client engagement through CXO interactions and showcasing value delivered
• Understand client processes/requirements and deliver improvements with product + analytics
• Mentoring juniors across multiple projects
• Generate market intelligence: track industry developments, assess competitors, and gather feedback
