About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in BRIM Convergent Mediation implementation and AMS support projects . The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in highly customized BRIM environments and possess cross-domain BRIM knowledge to support complex usage data processing and mediation scenarios.

What you'll do

• Lead and support SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation implementation and AMS activities
• Handle incident, problem, and change management in AMS engagements
• Analyze and resolve issues in highly customized mediation pipelines
• Perform root cause analysis for data discrepancies and performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CC, CI, SOM, FI-CA, RAR, ABAP)
