About the role

As a SAP CPQ Specialist to provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements for the SAP CPQ platform. 4–10 years of experience in SAP CPQ implementation, support, or enhancement projects.

What you'll do

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP CPQ incidents, service requests, and recurring issues
• Analyze root causes and implement sustainable fixes for recurring production issues
• Support integrations between SAP CPQ and CRM, SAP ECC, pricing, tax, order management, and downstream systems
• Monitor interface failures, data synchronization, API calls, and transaction errors
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and technical configuration
