About the role

Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementations, rollouts, transformation initiatives, and support engagements across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. Analyze business requirements and design maintenance management solutions aligned with asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational excellence objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementations, rollouts, transformation initiatives, and support engagements across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments
• Analyze business requirements and design maintenance management solutions aligned with asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational excellence objectives
• Design and implement preventive, corrective, predictive, and breakdown maintenance processes
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, business process assessments, solution design discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments

What you need
