Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements related to ITOM processey

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns for on‑prem, virtual, andcloud infrastructure
• Implement and support Service Mapping for business services, including dependencymapping and technical service modeling
• Configure Event Management rules, alerts, correlation policies, and integrations withmonitoring tools
• Work on CMDB architecture, CI class modeling, relationships, normalization, and CMDBhealth improvements
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party tools using REST APIs, MID Servers, and eventconnectors (monitoring, cloud, APM tools, etc.)

What you need
