Senior Consultant, Tax - Transaction Advisory Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Advisory Services Tax team in India. This role will support U.S.-based deal teams on tax due diligence and other transaction-related tax matters for private equity and corporate clients.

What you'll do

• Perform buy-side and sell-side U.S. tax due diligence
• Review U.S. federal and state income tax returns, tax workpapers, financial statements, tax provisions, and other supporting documentation
• Identify and analyze potential tax exposures, tax attributes, and transaction-related considerations
• Prepare information requests, diligence findings, and client-facing reports
• Research U.S. federal and state income tax issues relevant to mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions
