What you'll do

• Lead and manage full-lifecycle BPR and Intelligent Automation engagements from discovery through hypercare
• Drive current-state (As-Is) assessment, future-state (To-Be) design, and transformation roadmap development
• Own Value Stream Mapping (VSM) workshops, process decomposition, and opportunity identification exercises
• Manage delivery timelines, resource plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication plans
• Collaborate with solution architects and automation developers to ensure technical alignment with business requirements
