  • Be fully responsible for providing legal advice to the management of SMO India on strategic, commercial, and regulatory matters
  • Provide contract management support and strategic advice on contractual obligations, claims, variations, delays, liquidated damages, terminations
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, documentation, and resolution of contractual claims, including developing claim strategies, maintaining claim records
  • Efficiently manage and provide strategic guidance on litigation, dispute resolution matters and investigations
