Senior Corporate Board Secretarial Specialist

About the role

To be part of a team and to assist the Manager with the aim to provide general Company Secretarial services to Private Equity fund structures, combined with supporting the wider team with additional projects and initiatives.

What you'll do

• Attend client board meetings and manage all related company secretarial matters
• Arranging of board/committee meetings as required
• Collation and preparation of board packs for board/committee meetings as required
• Drafting minutes, including a range of basic to complex minutes for private equity, private debt and fund of funds clients
• Act as a reviewer to all draft minutes produced by more junior team members and the Centre of Excellence in India

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
