About the role

Reporting to the CS & Compliance Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing corporate secretarial and governance matters across the group and ensuring compliance with all applicable corporate and securities laws.

What you'll do

• Managing compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, LODR requirements and other applicable regulatory frameworks
• Driving end-to-end Board, Committee, AGM and EGM processes, including preparation of agendas, notices, resolutions and minutes
• Maintaining statutory records and ensuring timely regulatory filings with RoC and other authorities
• Advising senior leadership and Board members on corporate governance, regulatory developments and compliance obligations
• Monitoring regulatory changes and implementing governance and compliance requirements across the organization
