What you'll do

• Develop predictive models to optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and maintenance planning
• Lead the development of optimization algorithms and tools to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operations research solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within airline operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement operational improvement initiatives
