Senior Data Analyst

About the role

You will combine strong SQL modeling and statistical skills with your unique experience to deliver actionable insights, make recommendations, and enable others to efficiently access and leverage data in decision making. Maintaining, updating, and optimizing our core business dashboards is central to the role.

What you'll do

• Provide descriptive and diagnostic analysis to inform product and go-to-market decision-making, evaluate performance and make tactical recommendations
• Discuss questions and hypotheses with external and internal customers based on deep data analysis, acting as the G2 Data SME, and turn them into analysis and insights
• Develop effective data models to enable ease of access and consistency of data across the organization
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements/questions into clean dataset transformations and structured analytics reports
• Use AI tools (e.g. Claude/ChatGPT, Looker/Snowflake AI integrations) to accelerate exploratory analysis, QA, and documentation of findings
