Senior Data Center Expansion Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for defining and ensuring successful delivery of the portfolio of expansion projects for NTT GDC India Data Center capacity and footprint. The role reports to the Director Expansion. Permitting /planning/agreement for lease, Design & Construction :

What you'll do

• Establishing and maintaining capacity expansion strategies for India as whole and major markets (e.g. FLAP locations) based on current available capacity
• Identifying from these strategies new land and power needs and managing search and due diligence activities leading to successful acquisition
• Developing and managing approval of Business Cases associated with such acquisitions
• Organize, lead and minute Master planning pre-project workshops
• Organise, lead and minute Project Meetings

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
