What you'll do

  • Knowledge Base (KB) Creation, Maintenance, Cleansing & Localization Validation
  • Master the KB, include creating KB specification according to offer structures and implement modularized configurations in SAP (VC – Variant Configuration)
  • Drive KB cleansing initiatives for technical accuracy, resolve inconsistencies, remove redundant logic and eliminate obsolete logic to maintain selector reliability
  • Validate localized KB versions for regional accuracy and compliance
  • Support on creation of robust specifications process
