Senior Defence Intelligence Analyst (China & Taiwan)

About the role

The successful candidate will conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) research, maintain and enhance foundational military datasets, and produce analytical assessments of military capability, force structure, doctrine, readiness, and force development trends. This role sits at the intersection of data development and intelligence analysis.

What you'll do

• Research, verify and maintain military Order of Battle (ORBAT) data for the armed forces of China and Taiwan
• Update and enhance military equipment inventory datasets, including identification, classification and attribution of platforms, systems and capabilities
• Maintain and expand military installation data, including bases, headquarters, training facilities, logistics infrastructure and operational sites
• Assess military capabilities across land, maritime, air, strategic support and joint force domains
• Contribute to finished intelligence products, customer-facing research, briefings, webinars and analytical reports
