What you'll do

• Responsible for DSS I/O product design and development, managing design activities independently and delivering outcomes to stakeholders
• Leads new product creation and modifications from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with Molex, industry, and customer performance standards
• Design and Development of high speed connectors, starting with customer voice analysis and idea generation, moving through concept design, specification setup
• Conduct feasibility studies, testing new and modified designs; direct and support detailed design, testing, prototype fabrication and manufacturing ramp
• Support customers, sales, PM, and plant teams with technical expertise, carrying out necessary tests, analytical studies, troubleshooting, and verification processes

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• GD&T
• FMEA
• Fabrication
• Troubleshooting
• Prototyping
• B.Tech or B.E.
