Senior Design Lead Manufacturing Simulation at HCLTech. Create, Modify and maintain Quality Notifications (QNs) in SAP based on quality issues, customer complaints, supplier defects, production deviations.

What you'll do

Create, Modify and maintain Quality Notifications (QNs) in SAP based on quality issues, customer complaints, supplier defects, production deviations
Review defect descriptions and determine completeness, accuracy, and sufficiency of information needed for effective dispositioning
Identify missing or unclear information within defect records by analyzing the related Engineering documents
Collaborate with key cross functional stakeholders to achieve Project objectives and deliverables
Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto analysis, 8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) etc
