  • Implement Mbist/Lbist Features And Validate Their Functionality
  • Collaborate With Verification Teams For Test Coverage Improvement
  • Debug Timing And Functional Issues In The Dft Logic
  • Generate And Review Atpg Patterns For Fault Coverage
