Senior Designer, Engineering

About the role

As a Senior Designer within the Aeroquip Business Unit, you'll play an important role in supporting the development and maintenance of Fluid Conveyance products used in hydraulic applications around the world. Working as part of the Aeroquip Engineering team at Danfoss India Innovation Center, Pune, you'll create high-quality engineering models and drawings that help ensure product consistency, reliability, and performance across global markets.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Siemens NX, Creo (Pro/E), AutoCAD
• Perform drawing reviews and checks using defined quality processes, applying GD&T principles and tolerance stack-up analysis in accordance with ASME and ISO standards
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support product development, design updates, and engineering documentation activities
• Support Fluid Conveyance product design activities, particularly within hose fittings, connectors, and hydraulic application domains
• Continuously evaluate design challenges and improvement opportunities, providing recommendations that enhance standardization, accuracy
