About the role

JD for Manufacturing Engineer with New Product Introduction Experience We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with strong expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Global Work Transfer to lead the industrialization of new products from design through production.

What you'll do

Lead manufacturing activities for New Product Introduction projects & projects from global manufacturing sites
Participate in Design Reviews, PFMEA, DFMEA and Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
Develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, process flow diagrams and control plans
Prepare manufacturing transfer plans and risk assessments
Define manufacturing routing and production sequence
