About the role

We are seeking an experienced Altium Library Management Engineer to support Hillrom hardware development activities at the client location in Bangalore. The engineer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, validating, and releasing approximately 600 Altium library components , including schematic symbols, IPC-compliant PCB footprints, and 3D model mappings, while ensuring adherence to library standards and quality processes.

What you'll do

• Create schematic symbols based on component datasheets
• Develop PCB footprints in accordance with IPC-7351 standards and customer guidelines
• Create, import, and map 3D models to Altium footprints
• Verify symbol, footprint, and pin mapping accuracy
• Populate and maintain component parameters, manufacturer details, and lifecycle information
