About the role

Provide high-quality AMS support and controlled change delivery for the Performance Management capability within the H2R (SuccessFactors) tower, ensuring stable operations, timely issue resolution and effective stakeholder collaboration.

What you'll do

• Support SuccessFactors Performance & Goals forms, route maps, templates, goal plans and permissions
• Resolve cycle/configuration issues and support testing, data validation, documentation and production support
• Handle assigned incidents, service requests, defects and minor enhancements; prepare analysis, configuration/code, test evidence and documentation with senior SME support
• Perform root-cause analysis, problem management and preventive actions for recurring production issues
• Support unit/SIT/UAT/regression testing, release/transport activities, knowledge transfer and operational documentation
