About the role

5–8 Years Summary: You will design robust integration patterns and handle the most complex interfaces. You are the expert who knows exactly when to use a standard TIBCO activity and when to write a custom Java class for performance.

What you'll do

• Design complex Orchestration flows and Error Handling frameworks (Global Exception Handling)
• Develop custom Java libraries (JARs) to extend TIBCO functionality and manage version control
• Implement security standards (SSL/TLS, WS-Security, OAuth) for exposed services
• Lead the migration of legacy interfaces from older BW versions to newer stacks
• Mentor junior developers on best practices (e.g., avoiding "spaghetti code" in BW process design)

What you need
