About the role

Stand up and run the platform's infrastructure — CI/CD, multi-cloud, observability baselines, the daily-deploy pipeline. Two DevOps shared across the org, supporting a real-time platform (voice, desktop, intelligence, AI) where latency and uptime are product features.
