About the role

As a Senior Digital Product Manager in the Digital Platforms team, you will play a key role in building and enhancing the Internet and Mobile Banking experiences for IDFC FIRST Bank customers. You will lead agile squads, drive product strategy, and ensure seamless execution across the product lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Lead and support agile, cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital solutions
  • Define and prioritize product backlog and release plans to maximize business value
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to teams and stakeholders
  • Drive Scrum ceremonies including planning, reviews, and backlog refinement
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, adoption, and enhancement
