Senior Digital Rights Specialist

About the role

The Senior Digital Rights Specialist will be responsible for managing, protecting, monitoring and optimizing the Company’s digital content rights and ensuring effective exploitation and monetization of content across digital platforms. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, platforms, aggregators, partners, rights holders and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage and administer digital rights for music, video and other content across relevant digital platforms and territories
• Maintain accurate records of content ownership, rights, licenses, territories, validity periods, restrictions and contractual obligations
• Coordinate content delivery, metadata, asset management, rights ingestion and updates across DSPs, OTT platforms, social media platforms
• Monitor digital exploitation of Company and/or represented content and identify unauthorized usage, copyright infringement, claims and potential rights conflicts
• Manage copyright claims, takedowns, disputes, escalations and resolution of rights-related issues with platforms and third parties
