As a Senior Digital Solution Administrator Specialist, you oversee the administration and maintenance of digital solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Lead the administration and management of digital solutions, ensuring their optimal performance, availability, and security to support business operations
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of digital platforms, including software applications, cloud services, and integrated systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot digital solutions, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and maintain a high level of service reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement digital strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring solutions meet organizational needs
• Manage system configurations, updates, and patches, ensuring all digital solutions are up to date and compliant with security standards
