About the role

Starcom is looking for a seasoned digital and performance marketing professional to lead strategic and operational delivery for key client businesses. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing digital media mandates, with a strong understanding of the D2C ecosystem and performance-led marketing.

What you'll do

• Digital & Performance Strategy: Lead the development and execution of integrated digital and performance marketing strategies
• Campaign Performance & Optimisation: Deep-dive into campaign data, identify performance gaps
• Proven expertise across Meta and Google advertising platforms, including campaign management, optimisation and performance analytics
• Strong client-facing experience, with the confidence to independently lead business reviews and present performance insights to senior stakeholders
• Someone who can confidently engage with clients on business performance
