Senior Director, Network Engagement & Resource Mobilization (Africa Region)

About the role

To advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision , we are seeking a Senior Director, Network Engagement & Resource Mobilization, Africa to steward a portfolio of partner and prospective partner organisations across three to six countries.

What you'll do

• Partner Engagement & Strategic Support | 50%
• Serve as the primary Network Engagement lead and trusted strategic thought partner to a portfolio of partner and prospective partner CEOs and senior leadership teams
• Build deep relationships with organisational leaders and develop a strong understanding of each partner’s context, priorities, ambitions, opportunities, and challenges
• Work alongside partners to think through strategic choices related to organisational growth, programme impact, leadership, financial sustainability, fundraising
• Lead regular strategic conversations and in-country engagements with partners, using these opportunities to deepen relationships, surface opportunities and challenges
