About the role

The Real Estate team is the foundation of the entire business and is responsible to devise and executing the business’s expansion strategy and delivering the entire portfolio rollout as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

What you'll do

• Leading the Real Estate portfolio and growth for the country
• Leading the entire Real Estate team across regions & territories
• Developing and executing the long-term strategy for expansion and portfolio
• Developing deep relationships with all the major developers, asset-owners, IPCs & other Property consultants in the market
• Facilitating all actions required for and maintaining systems for the entire portfolio management

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Financial modelling
• Portfolio management
• Financial analysis
• Reporting
• SOP writing
• Budgeting
• Any graduate

• Accounting
• Due diligence
