Senior Director, Software Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a visionary, hands-on software leader to head our CT Software Engineering organization in Bangalore. In this role, you will shape how our CT software turns clinical and operational challenges into innovative, reliable solutions that help radiologists and technologists scan faster, see more clearly, reduce patient dose, and deliver better patient outcomes.

What you'll do

• Strategic Leadership and Vision
• Define and communicate a multi-year software vision and strategy for the Bangalore CT organization, aligned with global CT business priorities, product roadmaps
• Translate business objectives into clear engineering goals, measurable outcomes, and investment priorities
• Develop and drive strategic initiatives that improve engineering productivity, product quality, and time-to-market
• Anticipate technology and industry trends in CT and position the organization to take advantage of them
