About the role

Responsible for project deliverables and customer satisfaction – Schedule, Risks, Quality and Customer commitments. Training and guiding others on electrical design competency and act as a technical resource to them. Technically lead a team of 2-3 engineers including task allocation, mentoring, daily project execution.

  • Identify engineering quality and efficiency improvement opportunities and promote Continuous Improvement through problem solving techniques like Six Sigma
  • Providing technical support to manufacturing during pilot runs/tests production start-up period and existing products

What you need
