Senior Electrical Engineer - Dry Utility at SMEC. Deliver transmission and distribution design tasks in accordance with approved standards, authority requirements (e.g. RTA, DEWA, TAQA), and project schedules.

What you'll do

• Deliver transmission and distribution design tasks in accordance with approved standards, authority requirements (e.g. RTA, DEWA, TAQA), and project schedules
• Coordinate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, internal design team, utility authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical
• Support the technical and commercial performance of projects by contributing to efficient design solutions, risk management, authority negotiations
• Prepare and review design documents for transmission and distribution systems, including MV/LV cables, substations, road lighting, traffic signals, and ITS infrastructure
• Coordinate and deliver designs in compliance with RTA, DEWA, TAQA, DU, Etisalat, and other relevant authority standards and approval processes
