About the role

Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes. Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly, analyze issues to prevent future failures. Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform and high-quality thin films, improving solar cell efficiency.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes
• Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform and high-quality thin films, improving solar cell efficiency
• Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability
• Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness, uniformity, and adherence, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during PECVD operations to maintain a safe work environment

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Solar
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
