Senior Engineer - AMI at Apraava Career Site. Provide pro-active and effective legal and contractual support to the business and operations activities of the Indian Business Unit (BU) and legal department.

What you'll do

• Provide pro-active and effective legal and contractual support to the business and operations activities of the Indian Business Unit (BU) and legal department
• Review, administer, and manage Service, Supply, EPC, and Subcontract Agreements throughout the contract lifecycle
• Develop a thorough understanding of contract structure, commercial terms, obligations, milestones, deliverables, and risk allocation mechanisms
• Support commercial and contractual negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors leading to execution, amendment, renewal, and closure of contracts
• Maintain and administer all contractual records, correspondence, notices, approvals, change orders, variations, claims

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• MIS reporting
• SAP
• Budgeting
• Compliance
• Forecasting
• Audit
• B.Tech or B.E. or LLB
