Senior Engineer-CAE

About the role

As a Senior Engineer - CAE, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the performance and safety of vehicle components and systems through your expertise in finite element modelling. Develop comprehensive tractor and system-level finite element (FE) models utilizing advanced CAE software such as Hypermesh, Assy Workbench, and Simlab, tailoring tools to project needs.

What you'll do

• Play a pivotal role in advancing the performance and safety of vehicle components and systems through your expertise in finite element modelling
• Develop comprehensive tractor and system-level finite element (FE) models utilizing advanced CAE software such as Hypermesh, Assy Workbench, and Simlab
• Generate executable analysis decks in prominent solvers including Nastran, Abaqus, Ansys, and Optistruct, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in simulations
• Analyze and interpret model behaviors to identify potential design improvements and validate structural performance
• Execute rapid design iterations to align with stringent project timelines, demonstrating agility and precision in model adjustments

What you need

• 6–9 yrs of experience
• ANSYS
• Troubleshooting
• Welding
• Tailoring
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
