What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership to a team, coordinate design-related work packages, and actively support the Platform Manager
• Ensure work quality through the review and approval of product changes, as well as the preparation and facilitation of design reviews
• Ensure high product quality through close collaboration and effective communication with manufacturing, while providing timely support in resolving production issues
• Analyze, evaluate, and structure complex technical and organizational matters, and develop and implement robust solution strategies
• Lead, organize, and execute projects while continuously improving processes to enhance product quality, reduce material costs, and increase overall efficiency

What you need

• 6–10 years in mechanical & production
• Mechanical engineering
• Siemens NX
• SAP
• R
• B.Tech or B.E.
