Senior Engineer - GaN New Product Development

About the role

In this position, you’ll take a central role in the development of new high-voltage GaN products. You will have a strongly cross-functional experience by interfacing with internal wafer foundry, quality and marketing departments and external OSATs. You will help our team allocate the materials and coordinate the movement of multiple GaN engineering lots through wafer fab, packaging OSAT, testing OSAT and qualification.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the movement of multiple GaN product engineering lots through wafer fab, assembly, and testing. Ensure timely project execution from start to finish
• Analyze on-wafer and in-package test results. Ensure compliance with design specifications
• Drive root cause investigation for performance, quality or yield issues
• Generate reports for internal and external communication
• Maintain up-to-date GANTT charts with project schedule and negotiate priorities when needed
