Senior Engineer - Hardware Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst with 2–3 years of experience in managing and tracking IT hardware and software assets across their lifecycle. The role will support day-to-day asset operations, including asset receiving, tagging, allocation, inventory management, movement, recovery, refresh, and disposal.

What you'll do

• IT Asset Lifecycle Management o Support IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement/receipt, inventory, allocation, transfer, recovery, replacement
• Asset Inventory & Tracking o Maintain accurate inventory of desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, peripherals, and other IT equipment. o Update asset ownership
• Asset Reconciliation & Data Quality o Perform periodic reconciliation between physical inventory, ITAM records, procurement information
• Stock & Inventory Management o Monitor available IT stock and assist with maintaining appropriate inventory levels. o Track assets that are in stock, assigned
