Senior Engineer I, Electronics Hardware Design

About the role

Senior Engineer I, Electronics Hardware Design at Schneider Electric. Design inverter, bidirectional DC-DC, auxiliary power, sensing, isolation, gate-drive, and protection circuits.

What you'll do

• Design inverter, bidirectional DC-DC, auxiliary power, sensing, isolation, gate-drive, and protection circuits
• Perform schematic design, calculations, simulation, component selection, derating, worst-case, SOA, loss, and thermal analysis
• Support PCB layout for high-power, high-voltage, isolation, creepage/clearance, signal integrity, and EMC requirements
• Own hands-on debug of critical hardware issues during board bring-up and system integration; perform structured RCA, implement corrective actions, and verify closure
• Create design documentation and support design reviews, DFMEA, DFM/DFA/DFT, prototype builds, certification, and production launch

What you need
