Position Summary The Senior Engineer II - Design for Safety & Reliability (DfSR) is responsible for integrating safety, reliability, and risk management practices throughout the product development lifecycle of Final Distribution Products. The role ensures products meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, reliability targets, and safety objectives while supporting innovation and business growth.

What you'll do

Design for Safety & Reliability Lead Design for Safety (DfS) and Design for Reliability (DfR) activities in product development projects
Facilitate DFMEA, Application FMEA, DRBFM, hazard analysis, and risk assessments
Define reliability targets, reliability growth plans, and validation strategies
Perform reliability analyses including MTTF, MTBF, FIT Rate, Weibull Analysis, FTA, and RBD
Support safety reviews, design reviews, and product certification activities
