Senior Engineer Mechanical

About the role

Mechanical Design Engineer will own the end-to-end mechanical design and execution of EHV power transformers (400kV and above) — from specification interpretation through manufacturing support and final closure. The role demands strong execution capability and close coordination with electrical and control engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

What you'll do

• Mechanical Design & Engineering
• Prepare outline drawings, GA drawings, and detailed manufacturing drawings
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD tools
• Design transformer components including tanks, covers, radiators, cooling systems, and internal structures
• Ensure manufacturability, reliability, and optimized design solutions
