Senior Engineer - Process Technology

About the role

To drive process technology excellence, manufacturing optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across production operations by ensuring stable, efficient, and capable manufacturing process.

What you'll do

• Issuing of std. recipe and process parameter sheet for production
• Approval of raw materials and mixed compounds
• Conducting raw material replacement trials as per procedure
• Condcuting recipe change trials as per defined procedure
• Managing the toolings required for manufacturing

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Root cause analysis
• FMEA
• SOP writing
• Lean manufacturing
• Chemistry
• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or Diploma
