Senior Engineer, Production

About the role

You will work closely with planning, quality, and other cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges, optimize performance, and ensure production targets are achieved. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact through strong people leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead and monitor daily production line operations, ensuring compliance with plant policies, procedures, and production targets
• Drive productivity improvements through Kaizen activities, multiskilling initiatives, and continuous improvement projects
• Monitor production performance, prepare MIS reports, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Record and report daily production activities in ERP/M3 and maintain accurate production documentation
• Partner with Planning, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to resolve day-to-day operational challenges
